We’re looking for a Market Research & Strategy Specialist who’s curious, analytical, and eager to explore what drives markets and customer needs. You’ll be responsible for research initiatives, analyze trends, and connect with potential clients to uncover insights that shape our marketing and branding strategies.
Market & Client Research (Primary Focus)
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to identify target markets and customer segments.
- Develop research methodologies, surveys, and interview questions to extract key insights.
- Conduct secondary research (industry reports, competitor analysis, trend monitoring).
- Engage with potential clients through interviews, surveys, and discussions to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Analyze findings and present actionable recommendations to the marketing and product teams.
Marketing & Brand Strategy (Secondary Focus)
- Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies based on research insights.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns by providing data-backed guidance on audience targeting and value propositions.
- Collaborate with content and promotion teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Monitor industry shifts and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Strong research skills (designing studies, conducting interviews, analyzing data).
- Excellent people skills—ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and empathize with customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience in B2B/B2C market research (preferably in software/tech).
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy (positioning, messaging, campaign development).
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive—willing to explore new markets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (able to convey insights clearly to stakeholders).
Nice to Have - Background in psychology, behavioral economics, or UX research. - Experience with CRM tools, survey platforms, or data analytics tools. - Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or lead generation.
