We are strengthening our Business Analysis team and seeking motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individuals. This role focuses on requirement analysis, process mapping, documentation, and client engagement across both pre-sales and project delivery stages. Key responsibilities include understanding stakeholder needs, translating them into structured requirements, and ensuring alignment among technical, design, QA, and project teams.

You will work closely with clients, Project Managers, developers, UI/UX teams, QA, and the pre-sales unit to shape project scopes, define system behavior, and support the end-to-end lifecycle - from opportunity assessment to final handover. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, solution planning, structured documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in dynamic project environments.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Engage with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and expected outcomes.
• Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, workshops, and site visits as needed.
• Prepare structured requirement artifacts, including: As-Is & To-Be Process Documents; Feature Lists, Epics, and User Stories; Inception Reports, UI/UX Flow Documents, etc.
• Develop comprehensive Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Documents (SDD) in collaboration with the Documentation Team.
• Validate processes, flows, and UI/UX designs with clients throughout the analysis phase.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Support

• Participate in scoping exercises, requirement discovery sessions, and early solution framing with Sales and Tech Leads.
• Prepare scoping documents, effort estimations (with Tech Lead support), milestone structures, and risk insights for new opportunities.
• Contribute to RFP/EOI responses by writing technical sections and developing process and architecture diagrams

Project Execution, Validation & Handover

• Collaborate with PM, Development, QA, and UI/UX teams to maintain clear requirement alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist Dev and QA teams by providing ongoing clarifications during development and ensuring requirements remain accurate and consistent as the system evolves.
• Engage with clients to facilitate requirement walkthroughs, validations, feedback sessions, and reviews of workflows, prototypes, and To-Be processes.
• Present workflows, prototypes, and To-Be processes to ensure stakeholder alignment. Support PMs during key review stages, including UAT, piloting, and deployment.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to structure information logically and produce clear, well-organized documentation.
• Interest in how software systems work, with a passion for organizing and documenting technical processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity or collaboration tools.
• Strong computer literacy and a willingness to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities, with experience handling multiple deliverables in parallel.
