Customer Relationship Executive
Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, gathering feedback, understanding client needs, and ensuring our software solutions continue to deliver maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Engage with clients through calls, meetings, and emails to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Gather, document, and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to convey customer feedback for product/service enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and relationship.
- Support customer retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients clearly.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
