Human Resource Intern
Description
Dynamic Solution Innovators Ltd. (DSi) is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D). The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing various training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. In addition, the intern will gain exposure to other HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying learning needs and preparing training plans
- Support in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions
- Maintain and update training databases, attendance records, and feedback reports
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing analytical reports
- Conduct research on best practices in employee development and engagement
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR and L&D teams
- Support other HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and general HR operations
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Education Qualification
Fresh graduate or final-year Preferably from Business Administration student Major in Human Resources Management, or related field
