We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive, CEO’s Office to support the CEO in managing daily operational, administrative, and communication responsibilities. This role focused on ensuring smooth coordination, efficient task management, and reducing the CEO’s day-to-day workload.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong documentation and write-up abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment aligned with USA working hours (Remotely).
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare professional emails, documents, reports, meeting notes, and other written communications.
- Maintain proper documentation and organize confidential files and records.
- Follow up on tasks, action items, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and reports for meetings and business discussions.
- Conduct basic research and gather information as required by the CEO.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor priorities and help streamline the CEO’s daily activities for maximum efficiency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Strong documentation and professional writing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
