We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, the individual will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and ensuring an exceptional support experience.

• Provide first-line technical support to customers by understanding their queries via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Investigate and diagnose technical problems, offering appropriate solutions, fix bugs and escalating to senior engineers if needed.
• Create reports which includes issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
• Work closely with other teams (engineering, development, etc.) to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
• Educate customers on product features, troubleshooting tips, and best practices.
• Keep up to date with product updates, new technologies, and industry trends.

• Relevant understanding & knowledge of Spring framework, Java, Database & SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Ability to approach problems methodically and think critically to resolve customer issues.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ability to document issues clearly and accurately.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
