We are looking for Business Communication Executive who will be a key member of DSi's International Sales outreach team, operating from our Dhaka head office. This is an outbound communication-focused role where the individual will proactively contact businesses across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, introduce DSi's software services, and generate qualified sales leads for the business development team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with exceptional English communication skills, a confident telephone presence, and a strong desire to build a career in international B2B sales and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses across multiple region.
  • Adapt communication style and approach based on the cultural and business norms of the target region.
  • Introduce DSi's software services and solutions to potential clients in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding the prospect's business needs, current technology stack, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain a polished, neutral, and easily understood English accent during all client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the senior sales team to hand off qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
  • Log all activities, prospect details, and interaction outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily targets and weekly qualified lead generation goals.
  • Develop a solid understanding of DSi's service offerings, case studies, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay informed about trends in the global software services and IT outsourcing market across key regions.
  • Continuously improve communication scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, English, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business communication (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency — a clear, neutral, and confident accent is essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outbound activities.
