DSi is looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, and is comfortable owning features end-to-end — from technical design through release and post-launch support.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy native and/or cross-platform mobile applications (Android/iOS/Flutter).
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services into mobile applications.
• Own the full app lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, battery efficiency, and responsiveness across devices.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks using profiling and analytics tools.
• Implement and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure app stability and quality.
• Manage app store submissions, versioning, and release processes (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers in an agile environment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on mobile development best practices.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Ensure application security, data privacy, and compliance with platform guidelines.

• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Kotlin/Java (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS); experience with Flutter (Dart) or React Native is a strong plus for cross-platform roles.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous data handling.
• Experience with local data persistence (SQLite, Room, CoreData, Realm, or similar).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment.
• Familiarity with app store submission processes, provisioning profiles, and release management.
• Experience with performance profiling, crash reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
• Understanding of secure coding practices, data encryption, and mobile app security standards.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps with significant active user bases.
• Exposure to native modules bridging (for cross-platform frameworks) and platform-specific SDK integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or Azure) for backend/mobile integrations.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Espresso, XCTest, Detox, or Appium).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and localization/internationalization practices.
• Prior experience working in agile/scrum teams with sprint-based delivery.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive features to completion.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and backend teams.
• Attention to detail, particularly around UI polish, edge cases, and release quality.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members through code reviews and pairing.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
