We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Manager to oversee the development of impactful digital products. In this role, you will balance business priorities, user demands, and technical execution to ensure that every product delivered drives growth and enhances customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that meet business goals, elevate user experience, and drive sustainable growth by working at the intersection of business strategy, user needs, and technical execution.

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure products are intuitive, accessible, and delightful for users.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Present updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Lead scrum teams and ensure alignment with agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. (A master's degree is a plus.)
• 2+ years in product management, preferably with digital or SaaS products.
• Understanding of web and app development, APIs, and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar for tracking performance metrics.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for roadmap and sprint management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
